It has been one week since my last AGLOCO update. Since then I have acquired six more referrals: five direct and only one indirect. This is a good thing but I am surprised that my direct referrals have not not pulled in any more referrals of their own.

The Viewbar is slated for release in March (just a few days from now!) and I personally am really looking forward to this. For one, myself and my referrals can start earning money just for surfing the internet, something you already do anyway. I think AGLOCO will be much easier to promote once the Viewbar is available, because new recruits can start earning money right away as opposed to waiting like current members are doing now.

I understand the point of view that potential new members have in waiting, but I can’t stress enough how important it is to get in on this now, as early as possible. This gives you more time to build your network like I have done. I could just as easily waited until the Viewbar was available, but I would not have had these 41 referrals and thus, would not have made near as much money as I will make now.

A lot of people ask me if I think AGLOCO is a pyramid scam, and the answer is simple: NO. How do I know this? Because I was a member of the former AGLOCO, called All Advantage. All Advantage was around about 7 years ago and many people (including myself) made a lot of money from it just by running the Viewbar. I was skeptical until I received my first check in the mail. I checked my computer but I could not find any pictures of the checks I scanned in. Fortunately, Google was there to lend me a helping hand. These are identical to the checks I received (except they had my name on them), proof that this is not just a silly internet scam. The numbers speak for themselves. Once you are a member, you may be asking “how do I get some referrals too?”. This is actually easier than you might think. Set a goal for yourself. Tell 10 of your friends about AGLOCO this week and get them motivated about the program. Once your friends are members, ask them to set a goal of telling 10 of their friends about the program in a week. From there, you are set and your referral numbers will skyrocket. After all, what is better than free money?

Here we are, 11 days into joining AGLOCO and I am currently at 35 total referrals. I am a bit surprised that my direct referrals are outnumbering the indirect referrals, but I have heard this is normal when first starting out. I expect to see the indirect referrals really start to take off here in the next few weeks. Regardless, I am really happy with the progress I have made thus far, considering I really haven’t promoted AGLOCO much besides telling my friends about it and posting it here on my blog. By the time the Viewbar is released next month, I should be on track to start making a good bit of instant, free income!

One of the most often asked questions I get about AGLOCO is “why should I sign up now… why not just wait until the Viewbar is released?”. This is a good question and upon first glance, it makes sense because you aren’t actually making any money right this minute. The answer for this question, however, is just as simple. Not having the Viewbar available now gives you as a recruiter more time to build your network. This benefits you two-fold. First, with a referral network already in place, you will make much more money than someone who signs up when the Viewbar is available. Second, it will be much more difficult to recruit new members when the Viewbar is available because you will have a lot more competition from other members.

Well I am only five days into my membership with AGLOCO and I have already accumulated 17 total referrals. Not too bad for simply making a blog post and telling a few friends about the program on AIM. I wanted to take a few minutes here and elaborate a bit more on my original post about AGLOCO.

I have been operating this blog for almost three weeks now and I have already been amazed on several levels. The first being that, while I knew blogging was going mainstream and really taking off, I had no idea just how popular it actually is. There are blogs covering virtually any topic that you can think of: technology, love, relationships, real estate, music, financial advice, blogging tips, etc… not to mention the millions of blogs that cover no topic at all, just ramblings from the author about whatever is on their mind. The topics really are endless and it is pretty amazing.

The second thing that I noticed is that it seemed no matter where you look, you can always find someone out to make money. Whether it be writing blog posts for money, advertising for money, or selling financial advice for money, the central theme is all the same: getting paid.

I, like most people, was instantly skeptical about most of this. It just seems too easy to write a blog post and someone pay you money for it. Or, by simply posting a link on your blog, someone will pay you money for it. Like I said, this sort of stuff can be found all over blogs… surely there has to be some sort of truth to it, if everybody is doing it, right?

In reality, these are all valid means of earning an income online. Let’s take writing a blog post, for example. After doing some research on this, I found that there is a website that will pay its blogger members to write reviews of websites, services or other blogs. How does this work? The advertiser (site being reviewed) pays a fee for this service. The blogger gets paid a commission for writing a review. The review is published on the bloggers website, thus driving traffic to the site that is being reviewed. The amount the blogger makes depends on several factors, such as how many hits they get and the reach that the blog has. While this is a decent way to make a little extra money, you need to have a pretty good sized blog to make anything more than pocket change.

So how about the text ads? This works much the same way. A publisher will submit their site to the company, and the company is responsible for selling the text ad spaces to advertisers. The company keeps a portion of the money and the publisher gets the rest. Again, the bigger your site/blog is, the more money you are offered per text ad.

Notice a trend here? Sure, you can make money online, that is clear. People do it every day. But, how can the average Joe make more than a few bucks without running a semi-popular website or blog? That is where AGLOCO comes in.
