Keith made a trip down today since it was his day off. He brought his computer, as we had talked about trading cases recently. He really liked my old case, an NZXT Zero chassis… and I didn’t mind a change of pace myself.

This is my new case for the time being, a Mountain Mods Bob Slay. The case is great to show off your hardware, as all sides are clear acrylic. The only problem I ran into was how/where to mount my three hard drives. I ended up drilling a few holes into the motherboard tray and mounting the drives vertically under the tray, just above the optical drive.

The drives are creating a lot of heat right now and don’t have any active cooling. I may try to rig up something tomorrow or just wait a few more days until the next review sample arrives (just happens to be a case).
