It’s time once again to recap the Dot Com Mogul Checklist made famous by fellow blogger / review site owner John Chow. I am a bit behind, as I should have got this up earlier in the month, but eh, here goes…
- Your income is make from the Internet. Yessir!
- The minimum Internet income level is $10,000 per month (you can not add income from other sources to hit this $10K level). Not there yet, but hopefully it won’t be too much longer heh.
- You have no jobs outside of the Internet. True statement.
- You have a personal blog with your name as the domain name. Another check!
- Your blog must be updated at least once per week. I try to update multiple times per day 
- A Google search of your name must be the #1 spot. I can’t seem to get the top spot to save my life! Oh well, maybe next month will be my lucky time!
- You must be willing to help dot com mogul wannabes. Yep, I am always here if you all have any questions… just shoot me an email or hit me up on AIM.
- Give time, money or anything of value to a charitable cause each month. No so much a charity, but I did give away $25 to a lucky reader of this blog.
- Personally help at least one person establish their online presence via a blog or website or help them enhance one they already have every month. I tried convincing my friend Keith to start a blog but he wouldn’t go for it lol. Other than that, I guess I failed this requirement.
I am only three requirements away from becoming a true Dot Com Mogul. Hopefully next month I will tackle the Google requirement, then I will set my target for that 10k per month requirement heh.
