Stephen over at Stephen Fung DOT NET recently hosted a Favorite Me For Charity contest of sorts. The idea? Get 100 bloggers to add his blog to their list of Technorati favorites. For each new favorite he received, he would return the favor and favorite your blog as well. At the end of the promotion, he would include a link to your blog / site in a front page post.
Here’s where it gets good. For every new favorite (up to 100), he would match it with a $1.00 donation to a worthy charity (BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Vancouver Food Bank are some of his favs). And to make it even better, your participation will put your name in the hat for a giveaway of a Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000!
This is a great promotion on Stephens part but unfortunately, the contest has ended and he only “earned” $24.00. Well, this simply isn’t enough!
