Mini Movie Review: Borat

null

Sacha Baron Cohen plays the role of Borat, a tv personality from Kazakhstan who is filming a documentary about his trip to (and subsequently, across) the United States.

Borat makes his way across the country with the goal of meeting (and marrying) Pamela Anderson in California. The film documents his trip and the various people that he comes in contact with. Borat has a unique sense of humor and manages to piss off a lot of people along the way.

Borat is a funny movie if you are into that sort of stupid, offensive humor. It wasn’t quite as good as the film previews and media made it out to be, but it’s still worth a look if you are into comedy.

I give Borat a 7 out of 10 stars

I’ve seen Borat a couple of months ago and had a couple of good laught but you’re right that it didn’t really live up to all the hype.

  2. Lulu Said,

    I really enjoyed the movie………………………………………………………………………………………………..Not.
No really I did. Some parts like the naked fight were really questionable but the movie was a winner for me on the whole.

  3. Nick Said,

I have been avoiding this movie like no other. I loved Talladegga Nights w/ the Borat dude in it, but I really just cant see sitting through this movie.

  4. Leo Said,

I have long been a fan of Borat from when he was part of the Ali G Show. I saw Borat in the theatre with my ex, she’s Jewish, so I had a great time at her expense :)

  5. Ms.Caesi Said,

I thin that Borat was one of the worst movies ever created. I fell asleep within the first ten minutes and woke up to a half naked man with a horrible accent. I think I can only count maybe two ppl I know that liked that movie.

  6. Natron Said,

I have to agree the naked fight was rather strange.

  7. Search Engine Marketing Said,
