I have received a few more review samples this week and wanted to take a minute to share some of the items that I will be looking at in the near future.
First up is Thermalright’s HR-03 Plus, the latest GPU cooler from one of the best heatsink manufacturers. The HR-03 Plus uses six heatpipes to draw heat away from the GPU core and can accommodate up to a 92mm fan. The cooler is ATX and BTX compliant and is even SLI/Crossfire compatible. This should certainly help to cool the warm 8800 GTX that I will be testing on.
OCZ Technology sent over their DDR2 PC2-6400 SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel memory kit. This kit was released about two weeks ago and features timings of 4-4-4-1T. This is the first memory that I have tested with Enhanced Performance Profiles (EPP). EPP is a set of instructions used to optimize the memory’s performance on nForce SLI-based motherboards. Not to mention the heatspreaders are absolutely gorgeous!
Last but not least we have the Logitech Noise Canceling Headphones. These headphones boast excellent noise reduction abilities (rated at 22 dB), have soft padded ear cushions and even fold flat to fit inside the included carrying case. You can even detach the audio cable and simply use them to block out loud background noises while you work.
