Hey, nobody ever said the Photo-A-Day had to be strictly “photography” right? The above picture was taken at The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas. We stopped by on the way back from CES so The World Famous could have a try at this huge hunk of meat. The rules are simple: if you can eat the 72 oz. steak and all of the side items (baked potato, salad, roll and some shrimp scampi stuff) in under an hour, the meal is free! We had high hopes for The World Famous, but after his hour was complete (they sit you in the center of the restaurant on a stage with a countdown timer behind you), the steak was not all gone. He managed to down all of the side items and more than half of the steak. His comment? “I was just sick of eating steak!”
