I’m surprised you were able to take pictures at all without a tripod. The lighting conditions must’ve made that very difficult.

Yeah lighting was pretty tough. Had to use a high ISO, low f-stop and a semi-slow shutter speed. I think the VR (vibration reduction) on the lens really helped as well.
