It’s that magical day of the year when everyone gets together in front of the big screen for, as John Madden would say, “A Great Game of FOOTBALL!!”
This year won’t be quite as “magical” as last years event (I lack the 50″ plasma television that my friend owns), and some of my friends won’t be able to make it for the party (school and work restrictions — BTW, am I the only one that thinks the Super Bowl should be moved to Saturday? Nobody wants to have to wake up bright and early Monday morning for work with a killer hangover!)… but alas, I am still anticipating a fun day. We will be firing up the grill for some Corky’s BBQ chicken as the main course. Other snack items include deviled eggs (yum!), Rotel cheese dip, sausage balls, smoked weenies and well, whatever else looks tasty at the grocery store. Look for some photos to be added here sometime tonight…
